At this time we are only shipping to the United States (including mainland 48 States, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam and Puerto Rico).

We are currently shipping  by Priority Mail and Parcel Post via United States Postal Service (USPS) within US (including Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico).  For Priority Mail, rates computed  will depend on the shipping weight and distance.  For Continental US, we are offering FREE Shipping by Regular ground on orders of $150USD and above.   

Orders are normally processsed and shipped within 72 hours.  Within U.S. 48 States the orders is estimated to arrive in 3-5 days by Priority Mail (USPS) and in 7-9 days by Parcel Post (USPS).  Hawaii, Alaska, Guam and Puerto Rico orders is estimated to arrive within 14-18 days.  A delivery confirmation receipt with tracking number accompanies each shipment.

If you have multiple items in your order and some of the items is not in stock, we will contact you to make you decide if we ship the items available first then ship the the rest when available later or if you prefer to wait for all items to be in stock before we deliver.  In such case the shipping cost will be affected if we do the former.  Also we cannot guarantee the time of arrival of the items unavailable from the supplier/manufacturer.

Delivery times and rates are not guaranteed and in some instances additional shipping may be required.  Rates will depend on the weight of the package and the distance from our partner warehouse.

Rates and time are sbject to change due to several factors beyond our control.  Factors include, but are not limitted to: carrier rate increases, shipping locations that are deemed remote, size, weight, weather and other unforseen factors we are not liable for.  Delays can happen, but we will always strive to deliver on time.
